Commissioning bay for filling and flushing an ASHP with buffer & cylinder. Designed to allow the apprentices the opportunity to systematically fill the system with a staged fill and testing to industry standards.

System sizing and design bay. Designed to allow the apprentices to plan, design and accurately work towards correct installation techniques, correctly working to MIS 3005 D & I. Making materials list after viewing the system in place as seen in the image, then all the pipework and components are removed and the apprentice sizes and selects the appropriate equipment and installs the system in full.

Designed to allow the apprentice the opportunity to develop an appreciation of how each component has a role to play within the system and when and why they talk to one another.

An ASHP stripped back to display key component parts. Designed as a constant visual aid within the workshop for all apprentices, within the workshop there is a similar item for a GSHP too.

Commissioning/Service/Handover bay for GSHP and ASHP. Designed to allow the apprentices how to service a range of units, follow MI’s and correctly service and liaise with clients during the handover process.
