Mapping and recording those KSB’s (knowledge, skills & behaviours)
During the apprentices PTP (practical training period) it will be expected that all will be able to collate a work log of best practice evidencing their skills in the workplace. All of the evidence supplied must be mapped to meet the KSB’s and be vetted by the training centres to make sure the apprentice has met the full range expected from the apprenticeship standard. To assist the apprentices in this I have designed a range of slides that the apprentice can record and map their progress in centre and on-site. Below are some images of the slides that the apprentice can edit, either with photos, videos, written reflective accounts, expert witness statements, audio recordings and other types of supplementary evidence to show they have met the range of work and KSB’s within that piece of work.
