The #LCHT apprenticeship standard is ready to go and so are we, ready to train the first apprentices from September 2024. We have been very busy creating the delivery material. All practical material #Skills and the theory material #Knowledge have been created with industry experts guidance and support. The practical training will be carried out over three phases (years) see the images below that outline the process and when, where and how to apply. It is important to offer KSB’s throughout the 3 phases. For example beginning with Basic skills across BSE and leading into basic design across the three technologies (phase 1), (phase 2) Install the tree technologies and (phase 3) fault find, commission and handover of the three technologies. An example of the process can be seen in the tables below.
