Behaviours

Within this blog there is a template covering seven behaviours, the idea of this template is to encourage apprentices to look at these behaviours and keep them updated as they progress throughout their apprenticeship. For example if you are on an apprenticeship that lasts for 48 months then you may look at and update the behaviours element every year to see how you have developed, evidence where you have grown and record the evidence links within the document from your work log or other such document. All standards have a range of behaviours examples of which are below:

BEHAVIOURPOSSIBLE ASSESSMENT METHODS

Example table of some behaviours

All standards have the behaviours within them and need evidencing, the example above has six behaviours and the attachment has seven behaviours, both of which have come from building services apprenticeship standards.

Below is an example of an apprentices effort at completing a behaviours checklist part of the way through their studies, if an apprentice completed these documents regularly they themselves would be able to see their journey too.
